"Hey, Mom's not looking. Let's do this......."

You know when you've been sitting at the computer for a while, getting things done, thinking, "Wow....finally, the kids are being really good and quiet. It's so nice, the calm and peace...." Then a couple minutes later you think, "Wait, they're being TOO quiet......something's not right here......." Then you find yourself really listening and looking around. Well, this is the sight out of my upstairs bedroom window........

Yes, that is my backyard. And yes, that is our trampoline. And yes, those are my kids and my nephew on the trampoline. And YES, that is five rolls of unrolled toilet paper on, under and by the trampoline!
As you can see 4 of my children and my nephew, Christopher are having the time of their lives playing in their "mess"! Christopher wants to bury himself in the stuff. You would think having their 9 year old sister there would present some kind of " we better not do this" mentality, but no, she just joins right in.
And this is a view that shows that they didn't keep it solely on the trampoline. There's a trail coming down and all the way to the back door......
And of course, it wouldn't be complete unless my baby was on there too having a grand old time! (Noah is in mid-flight in the background.)

This is a result of innocently "forgetting" to put away a Costco-size package of toilet paper and not watching your baby unload the whole thing all over the house. Resulting in some bored kids finding something to do when Mom's not looking. Luckily, they didn't think of getting it wet......they REALLY would have gotten the belt!

Wow. What surprises me most is Meagan was in on it! Isn't she supposed to be the responsible one? :) Maybe it was too fun to pass up. Oh well, you didn't need toilet paper this month anyway, right?

That's one of thise situations where you don't know if you should get mad or simply laugh. Most of us would have done the same thing when we were that age...oh, the innocence of youth. Having a camera close by was a smart move....this is a great post.
